What’s new?

I would like to thank PAADA for hosting me at the Step into Dressage show in Red Deer this year! What a fun weekend.

Everyone’s photo previews are ready to be viewed on the previews page. I will keep all of the RAW files ready to go for editing, so if life is too busy to think about looking at your photos just yet, no worries, they are there for you when you’re ready! If you are interested in purchasing, just reach out to me when you have time. I will keep copies of all previewed images for at least one year. There are also many images which did not end up displayed as previews, and if you have any interest in seeing those for possible purchase please reach out to me! I will be removing these extra photos from my hard drive server 4 months after the show as most people will have decided if they want to purchase or not by then!

I look forwards to attending more shows throughout the summer! Check back into my facebook page and website for updates!

If there is an event you would like me to attend, or if you would like to arrange a private session, please email me at [email protected].

Happy trails!

Canada Warbler – May 31st 2024. I had a opportunity to do a guided birding tour with Meadowlark Birding Tours through Cold Lake Provincial Park and surrounding areas. What a fabulous weekend. I learned so much about the warblers, and added many birds to my life list! Would definitely recommend taking a tour with Gavin at Meadowlark if you are interested in birding or photography!
Blackfalds – March 12th 2024 at about 8:30PM. RF 14-35 lens, ISO 800, F 4.0, 0.4s electronic shutter.
I went out to test some of my low-light photography abilities with the R5. Sadly when I got to the park, I realized I didn’t connect the correct part to the bottom of my camera to mount to my tripod properly (normally I use a lens mount). I snapped a few shots handheld, fully expecting them to be blurry messes. Low and behold the miracle of an electronic shutter and steady-ish hands.

Bald Eagle – March 1st 2024.

My husband was lucky enough to spot this Eagle in our local park – he quickly called me up and I was able to pop out and get a few nice shots!
